・個体差がございますため、掲載画像はあくまでもイメージとなります。
・金属部分の先端は鋭利になっております。お取り扱いにはご注意ください。
・コンクリート以外の部分は形体が不安定なため、本作品をお取り扱いの際はかならずコンクリート部分をお持ちください。
・素材の特性上、コンクリートは小さな破片が欠落することがございます。
・転倒の可能性があるため、傾斜のある面には設置しないでください。
・本作品に過度な荷重をかけることはお控えください。
・実験的な作品のため、素材や形状の安定性について、想定しきれない部分がございます。ご理解のうえ、お取り扱いください。

Limited edition of 30.
With edition number and artist’s signed certificate.

Each work may vary from the photo shown.
The metal part has a sharp edge. Please handle with care.
Please always hold the concrete part when handling it, as other parts are unstable in shape.
Due to the nature of the material, small fragments in concrete may chip off.
Do not place on an uneven surface due to the possibility of tipping over.
Do not apply excessive weight to the work.
Due to the experimental nature of the work, some assumptions cannot be made regarding the stability of the material and shape. Please understand and handle with care.

About entry

・This entry (the “Entry”) does not guarantee purchase. Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd (“We/us/our”) will select winners from among those who have entered. We will not disclose the selection criteria of the winners.
・The artist and the gallery is not involved in the selection of the winners for the Entry. Please do not contact the artist and the gallery directly in regard to the Entry.
・The Entry period shall be from 12:00am Thursday, February 15th, 2024 to 12:00am Friday, March 1st, 2024 in Japan time. The Entry will not be accepted after the aforesaid period, regardless of the communication status, environment, network delay or any other reasons.
・Emails regarding the Entry will be sent from “cs_oil@ccc.co.jp” and “oil_cs@bijutsutecho.com”. Please make sure you can receive emails from our domain "@ccc.co.jp" and "@bijutsutecho.com".
・Only one entry per person can be accepted. Although you can select more than one artwork for the Entry, you will be required to purchase all the winning works.
・If you submit more than one entry per work, all entries will be invalidated.
・Only one person over the age of 18 per mailing address can submit the Entry.
・It is permitted to request others to submit the Entry for you for the purpose of owning a work, or to make a plan together and carry it out.
・Companies/business owners selling art and art dealers are not allowed to enter.
・If we determine that the entry is inappropriate, we will invalidate the winning entry even after the payment has been made, and we will proceed to refund the payment. In addition, you may be responsible for various expenses related to refunds such as transfer fees.
・After the end of this entry period, works for which no winners were selected may be sold on the OIL website or in shops during the exhibition period.

Notification of winning results
All applicants will be notified of the results by the end of March 2024, regardless of the results.

About purchase and delivery
・We cannot accept cancellations after the winner has been notified. Also, winning rights cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for money.
・The prices shown do not include transfer fees and other costs.
・The shipping fee for the artwork will be borne by the winners. Regarding the amount, we will send you a separate quotation.
・The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the work.
・The artwork will be shipped in the end of June 2024.
