作家ならびに作家の所属するGOLD WOOD ART WORKSからの要請に基づき、作品の健全な取引によって作家の価値を守るために、作品のご購入ならびにご購入後の取り扱いに係る契約書のご提出をご購入の条件とさせていただきます。ご購入者様におかれましては、ご理解・ご協力のほどお願いいたします。
・作品のご購入の際、上述の契約書を発行し、お送りいたします。その契約書へのご同意およびご提出が必要です。
・契約書には以下の内容が含まれます。（※一部抜粋して記載しております）
・作品は、上述の観点から、転売・譲渡・寄付などの作品の所有権の変更または移転する行為を禁止する期間が設定されています。期間は、購入日から5.5年間です。

Submission of Artwork Purchase Contract
"At the request of the artist and GOLD WOOD ART WORKS to which the artist belongs, in order to protect the value of the artist's work through sound transactions, we require a written contract regarding the purchase of the work and its handling after purchase as a condition of purchase. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Upon purchase of a work, the aforementioned contract will be issued and sent to the purchaser. The agreement must be agreed to and submitted by the purchaser.
The contract includes the following information. (*Some excerpts have been extracted from the agreement.)
・the work is subject to a period of time that prohibits resale, assignment, donation, or any other action that changes or transfers ownership of the work. The period is 5.5 years from the date of purchase.
・If you wish to transfer ownership of a work due to unavoidable circumstances, you must first of all contact and consult with the sales agent listed in the Pledge in advance.
・We will clearly manage the information of each work and each work's owner.
・All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the works belong to the artists and related right holders and are protected internationally. The purchaser agrees not to do anything that infringes on the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, held by the rights holders.

・複数作品に応募され、複数当選された場合は当選された全ての作品をご購入いただきます。
・自らが作品を収蔵する目的で他人にエントリーを依頼することはお控えください。
・アート販売を行う事業者やアートディーラーの方はエントリーいただけません。
