The resale prohibition period is three years after receipt of the work. Additionally, we may contact purchasers via phone, email, or other methods to prevent or investigate resale of purchased works. 当選結果について 当落結果にかかわらずお申込みいただいた方全員に、2025年10月末までに結果をメールにてご連絡します。 ※一部のgmailアドレスでエントリーいただいたお客様より迷惑メールフォルダに振り分けられているというご報告をいただいております。ご確認をいただきまして解除設定をお願いいたします。

In addition, you may be responsible for various expenses related to refunds such as transfer fees. ・After the end of this entry period, works for which no winners were selected may be sold on the OIL website or in shops during the exhibition period. ・Entry is completed when the entry completion screen is displayed and you receive an e-mail confirming that your entry has been completed. (Please note that if you have not received an e-mail, your entry has not been completed.)
Notification of winning results All applicants will be notified of the results by the end of October 2025, regardless of the results.
About purchase and delivery ・We cannot accept cancellations after the winner has been notified. Also, winning rights cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for money. After notification of selection,the applications that have not been paid by the payment due date will be cancelled. Any applications received after the payment due date will not be honored. ・The prices shown do not include transfer fees and other costs. ・The shipping fee for the artwork will be borne by the winners. Regarding the amount, we will send you a separate quotation. ・The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the work. ・The artwork will be shipped during January 2026.
