About entry ・This entry (the “Entry”) does not guarantee purchase. Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd (“We/us/our”) will select winners from among those who have entered. We will not disclose the selection criteria of the winners. ・Please select the work you wish to enter by clicking the “Apply” button, and enter your name, address, and contact information. Please do not use the auto-complete function when entering your information. ・Please check the box to indicate that you have read the instructions and click the “Send” button further down. ・After you click the “Send” button, it will take some time before you are transferred to the entry completion screen. No operation is required until then. ・After the entry completion screen is displayed, an entry completion e-mail will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you entered. ・If there are any incomplete entries, the “Entry Completed” screen will not be displayed. In such cases, “Not filled in” or “Required field” will be displayed in red letters on the incomplete fields. If multiple entries are made, all entries will be invalid. ・It is permitted to request others to submit the Entry for you for the purpose of owning a work, or to make a plan together and carry it out. ・Companies/business owners selling art and art dealers are not allowed to enter. ・If we determine that the entry is inappropriate, we will invalidate the winning entry even after the payment has been made, and we will proceed to refund the payment. In addition, you may be responsible for various expenses related to refunds such as transfer fees.
Notification of winning results All applicants will be notified of the results by mid. August 2024, regardless of the results.
About purchase and delivery ・We cannot accept cancellations after the winner has been notified. Also, winning rights cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for money. ・The displayed price includes the cost of the artwork and the box. International shipping costs will be quoted separately. ・The artwork will be shipped in early-October 2024
