■同意書の記載内容は下記の通りです。 ・本同意書は、アーティスト、作品及びアートマーケットの健全な取引を守ることを目的としていること。 ・各アーティストが指定する転売禁止期間終了まで、本作品の転売、譲渡、寄付等所有権が移転する如何なる行為も行わないこと。 ・やむを得ない事情により転売禁止期間中に本作品の所有権の移転を希望する場合は、アーティストへ事前に申請の上、所有者の変更を行うこと。 ・本同意書に定める項目のいずれかに違反した場合、または、アーティストが本作品の購入において不正行為があったと判断した場合、将来アーティストの作品購入ができない可能性があること。 ・アーティストより、購入者に対し、以下の目的のため電話、電子メールを含む方法で、連絡をする場合があること。
（１）本作品の不正売買の防止又は調査のため （２）展覧会のお知らせなどのため
Consent to Prohibition of Resale For this art work, in order to protect the sound art trade and the value of the artist and the work, a period is set to prohibit the act of changing or transferring the ownership of the work, such as resale, transfer, or donation. Resale prohibited period is until September 30, 2028. In addition, artist or artist managment may contact the purchaser by phone, e-mail, or other methods to prevent or investigate the resale of the purchased work. If you do not agree to this content on this entry page, you cannot purchase it. After receiving the winning email attached to the consent form sent from our company, please sign it with your signature and submit it as a PDF or image file to the designated email address.

About entry
・This entry (the “Entry”) does not guarantee purchase. Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd (“We/us/our”) will select winners from among those who have entered. We will not disclose the selection criteria of the winners. ・The artist and the gallery is not involved in the selection of the winners for the Entry. Please do not contact the artist and the gallery directly in regard to the Entry. ・The Entry period shall be from 10:30am on Thursday, August 24th, 2023 to 5:00pm on Monday September 11th, 2023 in Japan time. The Entry will not be accepted after the aforesaid period, regardless of the communication status, environment, network delay or any other reasons. ・Emails regarding the Entry will be sent from “cs_oil@ccc.co.jp” and “oil_cs@bijutsutecho.com”. Please make sure you can receive emails from our domain "@ccc.co.jp" and "@bijutsutecho.com". ・Only one entry per person can be accepted. Although you can select more than one artwork for the Entry, you will be required to purchase all the winning works. ・Only one person over the age of 18 per mailing address can submit the Entry. If multiple entries are made, all entries will be invalid. ・It is permitted to request others to submit the Entry for you for the purpose of owning a work, or to make a plan together and carry it out. ・Companies/business owners selling art and art dealers are not allowed to enter. ・If we determine that the entry is inappropriate, we will invalidate the winning entry even after the payment has been made, and we will proceed to refund the payment. In addition, you may be responsible for various expenses related to refunds such as transfer fees.
Notification of winning results All applicants will be notified of the results by mid-October 2023, regardless of the results.
About purchase and delivery ・We cannot accept cancellations after the winner has been notified. Also, winning rights cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for money. ・The displayed price does not include transfer fees and other expenses. ・The shipping fee for the artwork will be borne by the winners. Regarding the amount, we will send you a separate quotation. ・The box for the artwork is included. ・The artwork will be shipped in mid-November 2023.
